Is this software available as an iPhone or Android app

Yes. Athletes can download free AthleteMonitoring  iOS and Android apps from Play Store or iTune to enter their data more easily.

Can we import GPS data into the system?

Yes. GPS data obtained by any device can be easily imported from Excel spreadsheets. GPS data can also recorded manually via custom fields in the post training form.

What is the price of ATHLETEMONITORING ?
ATHLETEMONITORING is a Software as a Service (SaaS) and is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription. Price depends on the type of subscription (elite/pro, varsity/semi-pro, youth) and the number of athletes. Coach, medical, and administrator accounts are free. Are there any add-on fees?

There are no additional set-up or maintenance fees associated with ATHLETEMONITORING plans.

What is your refund policy?

We offer no-questions-asked refunds to all customers within 30 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with our product, simply send us an email and we will refund your purchase right away.

Do you have any contracts or cancellation fees?

No. AthleteMonitoring.com is a pay-as-you-go service. We do not have contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel whenever you want. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. At this time, we only accept payments for AthleteMonitoring.com online. If you’d like to pay with a wire transfer, a purchase order, or any other form of offline payment, please contact us.

Data Hosting & Server Questions

Who owns my data?

You do! It’s your data, after all. We want customers to use AthleteMonitoring.com because they love it, not because their data is stuck in it. You can export all of your information from AthleteMonitoring.com at any time, no matter what plan you choose.

How is my data protected?

At AthleteMonitoring.com, we take data security very seriously. Our servers are hosted in a world class data centre that is protected by 24-hour surveillance, and we ensure that our application is always up to date with the latest security patches. Our data centre is also EU Safe Harbor compliant, and all our plans include SSL encryption to keep your data safe.

 

What level of support comes with the software?

All paid plans receive product upgrades, in-application video tutorials, and access to our Help Desk. Expert and Elite plans have access to our customer support team via email. To learn more about our support, click here.

Where is our data hosted?

All of our U.S. customer accounts are hosted on our data centre located in Orlando, Florida. All Canadian accounts are hosted on our Canadian server located in Melocheville, Quebec. Other customer accounts are hosted on our data centre located in Strasbourg, France.

What are the hardware requirements?

ATHLETEMONITORING works on any computer or mobile device that runs a web browser (set to accept cookies with Javascript enabled), through a high speed internet connection (DSL or WiFi). The mobile app requires an iOS or Android operating system.

We need custom features that are not currently available in the system. Can you add them for us?

No problem. Our engineers can quickly tailor existing functionalities or develop additional features to match your needs. Please contact us for further information.
