Brand Ambassador
Brand Ambassadors’ main role is to leverage their networks and expertise to identify potential AthleteMonitoring customers and facilitate connections between these prospects and our sales team.
Brand Ambassadors are usually current or past AthleteMonitoring users with a deep knowledge of the system and a solid professional network.
Brand Ambassadors receive a commission for each lead that becomes a customer. When ambassadors goes a step further, conduct the system demo and facilitate the introduction meeting between our sales team and the potential client, they will be rewarded with a larger commission, when the prospect becomes a paying client.
Brand Ambassadors are expected to handle the following tasks:
- Lead Generation: Ambassadors will receive a commission (based on the total sale amount) for each lead they bring to the organization that becomes a customer.
- First Meeting Facilitation: If an ambassador goes a step further, conduct the product introduction demo and facilitates the first meeting between FITSTATS and a potential client, they will be rewarded with an additional commission, based on the total sale amount.
- Post-Sale Onboarding and Training: If an ambassador decides to conduct the system onboarding / training once the sale is made, an additional flat fee commission will be paid.

Independent Sales Executive
Independent Sales Executives’ role is to promote and sell AthleteMonitoring Subscriptions through their network and assigned market or territory. They receive a generous commission on each sale. Independent Sales Executives can retain the services of Brand Ambassadors to generate leads, do product demonstrations and provide onboarding/training services. They are independent entities but work in close collaboration with FITSTATS sales management team and territory-specific distributors.
Independent Sales Executives are expected to handle the following aspects of the process by themselves:

Exclusive Distributor
Territory-exclusive distributors are responsible for generating leads, selling subscriptions, building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
They are independent entities and play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and driving the adoption of our groundbreaking software products.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell AthleteMonitoring products and services to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify new market opportunities and devise strategies to penetrate them effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients to ensure successful implementation and utilization of our software solutions.
Distributors are expected to handle the following aspects of the process independently:
- Lead generation
- Sales
- Marketing
- T1 and T2 Technical support
- Contracts: from lead generation to payment
- Account Management
- User assistance
