MONCTON – June 7, 2022
AthleteMonitoring announced today their partnership with the Swedish Olympic Committee. Sweden’s top sport organization is now using the AthleteMonitoring platform to monitor the health and wellness of their Olympic athletes, and to conduct injury and illness epidemiological research that will lead to develop better injury prevention and risk reduction strategies.
“We look forward to working with the Swedish Olympic Committee,” said Francois Gazzano, CEO of AthleteMonitoring. “Using accurate health monitoring tools based on IOC-recommended methodologies, is crucial to produce quality data, on which are based effective injury prevention strategies. The importance of centralizing all of the athletes’ data on a single system is crucial as it helps identifying sport-specific trends and improve athlete care, while maximizing data protection and privacy.”
